GNST and P2Life performance nutrition for swimmers by swimmers have entered into a partnership. Over 40% of the US men's Olympic swim team took products from P2Life prior and during the Olympics. This new partnership will not only benefit our swimmers from a nutritional aspect so they can swim fast every week with our USRPT workouts, it will also support our 501C3 nonprofit club with fundraising dollars. GNST had their best finish ever at spring sectionals with 8 women and 2 men, the team scored 221 points and placed 8th in the combined team scoring category out of 41 teams. The 8th placed combined team score was the best out of any Lincoln team and 2nd in our MW LSC. GNST coaches Cal Bentz and Sam Bach recently attended the Understanding and Implementing USRPT (Ultra-Short Race-Pace Training) Clinic in Lawrence, KS hosted by Brent Rushall, Ph.D., R.Psy. Professor Emeritus of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University and the Peter and Tina Andrew family. Coach Bentz said, “This was a great opportunity to learn and build upon our current race pace training.
