Swimmers should bring the following items to practice:
- Swim suit (one piece for girls, jammers or briefs for boys) It is ideal to have a backup suit with you.
- Swim cap (have an extra in your bag in case of a rip)
- Hair ties
- Water bottle by your lane during practice
- Goggles (have an extra pair in your bag)
- Pull buoy
- Paddles
- Bag (Many swimmers choose to carry their items in a swim backpack. Some also carry a mesh bag for wet items.
