Swimmers should bring the following items to practice:

  • Swim suit (one piece for girls, jammers or briefs for boys) It is ideal to have a backup suit with you.
  • Swim cap (have an extra in your bag in case of a rip)
  • Hair ties
  • Water bottle by your lane during practice
  • Goggles (have an extra pair in your bag)
  • Pull buoy
  • Paddles
  • Bag (Many swimmers choose to carry their items in a swim backpack. Some also carry a mesh bag for wet items.
