Goal Planning for Swimmers
Setting goals is an important part of improving as an athlete. Goals give swimmers something to strive for, help track progress, and build motivation both in and out of the pool.
We encourage all swimmers to take time to think about what they want to achieve, write it down, and use it as a guide throughout the season and your life!
Below you’ll find two different goal sheets to help organize your thoughts and plan your next steps.
After completing your sheet, be sure to share it with your coach so you can work together on reaching your goals.

This one has a backpage that does not have to be done. As I was putting together a list of ideas I thought they were still important for swimmers to think about but not necessarily answer or the document would have exceeded 10 pages.
