Coach Matthew Mulrooney founded Aces Aquatics in order to share his life-long passion for the sport.  He began to swim competitively at 5 years old and still loves the sport.  A graduate of Chelmsford High School, he rowed for Stetson University Crew and helped found the Stetson Swim Club.  Since then, he has swum for US Masters Swimming, his favorite accomplishment in the sport being his completion of the FKCC Swim Around Key West (12.5 miles).  Coach Matt has learned Spanish and French in his travels and studies and is a Spanish teacher at Chelmsford High School.
