The EDGE Swim Club is a premier swim program in Vermont and New England. The EDGE Swim Club is designed to introduce swimmers to the sport of competitive swimming and offers programs for all abilities and interest levels. The EDGE offers the very best in educational, nutritional, and swim training by utilizing the many amazing and professional resources available on-site, such as physical therapy, dietitians, personal trainers, yoga instructors, and state-of-the-art studio and fitness centers. With technique as the foundation for performance, The EDGE uses a hybrid program that blends race pace training at calculated intervals, with traditional aerobic training to improve toughness and endurance. Along with excelling in the water, EDGE swimmers learn important skills and values like teamwork, sportsmanship, personal responsibility and leadership concepts that support our athletes to develop long-term success in competitive swimming.
