Lobo Aquatic Club
Lobo Aquatic Club is a fun yet rigorous swim team. We've taken many swimmers from lessons to collegiate swimming and even kept them swimming with our masters program. We have two different long-term plans for swimmers: Lobo Performance Track, designed to help young swimmers develop into swimmers suitable for collegiate-level swimming, and Lobo Fitness Track, designed to keep swimmers of all ages in the water and healthy. To achieve these long-term goals, we have leveled groups each with a unique purpose.
Lobo Philosophy
Though our primary focus is to advance athletic prowess and refine swim techniques, we also firmly believe in fostering an environment where our swimmers can grow their minds through social interaction, problem solving, and a caring team culture. We want our swimmers to feel the drive to achieve their goals all while maintaining a deep respect for and love of the water.
Lobo Organization
We are a non-profit organization. The club, which was founded in the March 1984, currently has an age-group division (6-18 years-old) and a masters division (18 and older). We also offer learn-to-swim classes. Swimmers aged 6 to 85 swim with us. We are sponsored by the University of New Mexico Swim Team and are a member of USA Swimming.

UNM Women's Swimming and Diving
We are also strongly affiliated with the UNM Women's Swimming and Diving team. We share the same pool, and our coaches collaborate on many pool, swim, and social projects. Additionally, Lobo Aquatic Club donates to the collegiate team. You too can help support them through their H2O Lobos donation web page.
