DUES - For Swim Year 2025-2026
Through external fundraising, member volunteerism and making sure our money is spent for the right things - quality coaches and facilities - the Dallas Mustangs have dues that are competitive with other USA Swimming teams of similar quality (though such teams are hard to find).
There are yearly registration fees and monthly dues. Note: There are additional fees charged for each meet your swimmer enters that vary by meet and number of events entered.
REGISTRATION: NEW SWIMMERS There are 2 components to registration for every swimmer (Mustang Team Registration $125 & USA Swimming Registration $100)
1. Mustang Team Registration - All new swimmers will be charged with a Mustang Team Registration Fee. Fees are prorated based on when a member joins the team:
- August 1 - Nov 30: $125
- December 1 - February 28: $100
- After March 1: $75
NOTE: Pre-comp Registration fee is $25 regardless of the registration period
2. USA Swimming Registration - New members must register directly with USA swimming in addition to the Mustang Team Registration. The fee is $105. You will pay the fee directly to USA Swimming through the registration process. Please note: This fee is not prorated based on when you join and the USA swimming registration will need to be renewed with the next swim season regardless of when you joined and pay the fee for th current season.
REGISTRATION: RETURNING SWIMMERS There are 2 components to annual registration for every returning swimmer (Mustang Team Registration $75 & USA Swimming Registration $110)
1. Mustang Team Registration - All active members will be automatically registered for the new season in August (which begins September). The Annual Registration Fee is $75.00 and will be charged to your credit card on file on August 1 each year.
If your swimmer does not plan on swimming for the Dallas Mustangs during the new season (September through August), you must notify us by July 25. This notification must be submitted using the Mustang Termination Request. Telling your coach that you will not be swimming next season is not going to stop your Registration charges.
2. USA Swimming Registration - The team will handle administration of the USA Swimming Renewal for existing members. Timing and details will be shared once available. This will not be part of our August billing registration cycle.
MONTHLY BILLING
We will begin having an 11-month billing cycle starting September 1. Monthly billing months will be September through July. The August billing will consist of Annual Registration Fees.
