Policy Statement on attendance and guaranteed placement in our program
Athletes not meeting the practice attendance expectations for their group, failing to regularly participate in swim meets, or not meeting the competitive standards expected of their group may be removed from the program as placement demand warrants.
TFA does not reserve a spot in the program on a cash basis (paying dues & not participating) for a period of greater than 3 weeks. If an athlete is absent for 3 weeks, their place in the program may be relinquished to someone on the waiting list.
12 & Under Swim America graduates will receive an assessment when they graduate from Swim America. This assessment is an evaluation of readiness for a competitive program and is by no means a guarantee of placement in the program.
