The Mid State All Star Championship Meet is a meet for 14 & under swimmers who compete as members of their state. Unlike the summer Central Zone Championships, where any athlete qualified can compete, participation in the Mid State All Star Championships requires an application for consideration to compete. Each state/team is limited on the number of athletes that can enter each event. Congratulations to our Silver 3 swimmer, Sammie Morrow for being selected to represent Team Ohio this weekend in the 2026 Mid State All Star Championship Meet! Let’s...

I hope everyone is having a great Holiday season so far! Over the weekend 27 Seahawks attended the Ohio virtual distance challenge we hosted at Cincinnati Country Day Highschool. Over the course of Saturday we dropped around 204 seconds, even though out of our 27 swims 19 of them were first times. So our 8 Seahawks who had times dropped an average of 25 and a half seconds! Big shoutout to all of our competitors for either trying something new, or crushing their best times! Thank you to all of...

Over the weekend 49 Seahawks braved the cold temperatures and icy roads to race in Oxford Ohio at the MAKOs Holiday Classic. We dropped over 1100 seconds over 288 swims, with 11 of those swims being the first time the swimmer had attempted that event! On Saturday we earned 28 finals swims before the finals session on Sunday needed to be cancelled due to weather. Thank you to our parent timers for volunteering to be on deck for the entire session, including some of the 1000s. Also Coach Matt would...

Over the course of the weekend we earned 128 best times, dropped over 368 seconds, and collected 11 new Jr Champ cuts! Thank you parents for all you did this weekend to allow your swimmers to perform so well. Regardless of the (fantastic) times, the coaches were more impressed with how much we’ve learned and grown so much this season. Our youngest swimmers did a fantastic job embracing challenges, and everyone was willing to try...

Thank you parents for everything you did to make the weekend great for our swimmers! Our swimmers had 95% season best times, meaning almost every single swim was the best so far this season! Overall the coaching staff also saw a lot of improvement in terms of owning their performances and staying positive regardless of the result. Swimmers of the Meet Brynn Zistler: Brynn had an amazing weekend....
