If you love working with kids or are passionate about the aquatics industry, we’d love to talk to you! We are hiring age group coaches, lifeguards, swim lesson instructors, and adult fitness instructors at Jefferson Country Club. We offer set shifts, meals during most shifts, advancement opportunities, and no late nights.
- American Red Cross-certified lifeguards 15 years of age or over. Lifeguard shifts are available 8:30am-11:00am, 11:00am-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-8:00pm every day.
- Lifeguard pay rates start at $12.00/hour.
- Swim instructor shifts 8:30am-11:00am and 6:30pm-7:45pm Monday through Thursdays.
- Swim Instructor pay rates starting at $15.00/hour.
