Recap: Team Ohio assembles the largest team, 153 athletes, ever to travel over 500 miles to Topeka Kansas for the 2015 Zone Championships.  Outnumbered by Illinois, Ohio matches point for point with Indiana for second place through days 1 and 2.  On day 3, Ohio surges ahead and closes in on Illinois to lock in 2nd place overall.  The 13-14 boys win the overall age group by winning 3 of the 4 relays with various combinations of the following athletes:  Jacob Eismann from OSSC, Tyler Babinec from MHSW, Chase Fisher from MHSW, Isaac Grinberg from SYL, Ian Mikesell from CAC.  In individual High Point scoring, the following athletes finished in the Top 3 overall for their age group:  10 & under girls – Sloan Antonetz from OSSC 3rd, 10 & under boys – Chase Swearington from BKYS 2nd, 11-12 girls – Ellie Andrews from DCST 1st, 11-12 boys – Seth Young from CLPR 1st, 13-14 girls – Madison Linstedt from MFY 2nd.  Seth Young broke the all-time Central Zone record in the 11-12 boys 200 IM at  2:19.64.  Seth broke the Ohio record in the event at Junior Olympics 2 weeks prior with a 2:19.46, currently the 3rd fastest time in the country this year with most meets already loaded to the National database.
