The documents below address behavior for swimmers and parents. The OSSC coaching staff wants all of our swim families to read these articles so that you understand our staff's expectations of all OSSC members. We will address these articles in our team meetings for each training group.

Some coaches view parents as adversaries. We do not. We believe that our swim families are passionate and driven, and that our swim parents are motivated by their love for their children. With that in mind, we want to ensure that our swimmers, parents, and coaches communicate frequently with each other and feel connected in a common goal.

Communication, understanding, and empathy are the surest ways to maintain the excellent relationships that we have developed between our staff and our swim families. We linked the articles below as a tool for us to maintain the highest quality program for our wonderful swim families.
