The Bill and Mae McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, dedicated October 14, 2005, is located at 1847 Neil Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210. It is home to The Ohio State Buckeyes men’s and women’s varsity swimming and diving, varsity synchronized swimming, and the Buckeye Aquatic Academy, including the Ohio State Swim Club and Ohio State Diving Club.
Considered one of the finest competition pools in the nation, the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion provides a venue for some for the fastest times and most rewarding aquatic event experiences in the country.
The Pavilion, located within the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) in the heart of campus, consists of the Mike Peppe Natatorium, the Ron O’Brien Diving Well, and the Dive Spa.
The 50-meter Competition Pool, with two moveable bulkheads to allow for multiple configurations, is the pool we primarily use for practices. The Diving Well and Class Pool may also be used by our team for some practices.
