Parents, please remember to have your swimmers bring their DVD-RWs to practice for our filming sessions.

Beginning in January, we will resume filming all of our training groups with video cameras and underwater cameras on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 p.m. We can film our swimmers and provide feedback from Coach Goodrich with or without the DVDs, but bringing the DVDs will allow our athletes to watch them with their parents at home for additional feedback.

This filming is an amazing training tool which provides four separate camera angles for our swimmers as they swim into the walls. This is the same equipment and feedback that the Ohio State varsity athletes use to refine their strokes.
