Effective April 26th, 2013, Ohio law (ORC 3707.511) requires youth sports organizations to provide parents or guardians of individuals who wish to practice for or compete in an athletic activity organized by the organization with the concussion in youth sports information linked below.

Return to Play - Ohio law requires written permission from a health care provider before an athlete can return to play.
