Become a USA Swimming Official - Informational Meeting Announced

On Thursday, October 11th, the Ohio State Swim Club will be hosting an informational meeting from 6:30-9 p.m. in the wet classroom for swim parents to learn more about USA Swimming Officiating.  Brian Serafy and Ann Schuh will host this event.  Several key questions will be answered regarding officiating and becoming a certified USA Swimming Official. 

Please consider attending this meeting.  Swim officiating is a great way to learn more about the sport of swimming.  This position is also a great way to help run swim meets and get an up close view of the action.  Officials are vital to keeping swim meets running smoothly and on time.  They also keep competition fair and balanced for every athlete. 

Those individuals who are already officials that did not attend the central commission spring or fall 2012 officials clinic should also consider attending this meeting.
