Russ & Dan: National Coach of the Year Nominees!

Congratulations to Russ Jurg and Dan Cherok, who have both been nominated as 2017 ASCA Age Group Coaches of the Year!

The ASCA Top 10 coaches will be invited to attend the ASCA Annual Banquet at the ASCA World Clinic in Washington, DC, on August 31, where the 2017 ASCA Fitter and Faster Tour Age Group Coach of the Year will be announced.

The OSSC ranks 26^th in the country for our 14 and under swimmers. To identify the top age group coaches ASCA used a combination of USA Swimming’s Virtual Club Championship (VCC) team rankings of 10 and Under swimmers through 14 year olds. ASCA also evaluated USA Swimming’s Top 20 Individual Rankings for swimmers ages 10 and Under through 14 years old.

Congrats to Russ and Dan – along with the entire OSSC coaching staff and swimmers – for producing such great results!
