Thanks to Kacie Vavrek for a great Zoom Talk about Nutrition!

Last week Coach Anthony held a Zoom meeting for his Senior swimmers with Kacie Vavrek, a registered Sports Dietician with The Ohio State University. It was very informative and is now available to all of our swimmers on our team Facebook page.

We hope to have several other guest speakers for upcoming Zoom meetings with our swimmers.
