Reminder there is no practice tomorrow due to pool maintenance. 

Starting Tuesday this week Bronze 1 practice time changes to 4:00-4:45 and no dryland. 

NST Board Meeting, Wednesday at 6:00 at the Newport High School-small conference room on east campus

Group Equipment Needs

The coaches have noticed there are swimmers in need of certain pieces of equipment.  This equipment is required and necessary for practice.  

This is a list of required equipment for each group level: 

What your swimmer needs (Silver, Gold, & Senior require everything listed below-Bronze requirements in red): 

• Goggles (ARENA and Speedo are great brands) EXAMPLE A  EXAMPLE B
• Competitive training swimsuit for girls (ARENA, Speedo, TYR and Sporti are great options) EXAMPLE
• Competitive training swim jammers for boys (ARENA, Speedo, TYR and Sporti are great options) EXAMPLE
• Mesh bag for swim equipment EXAMPLE 
• Kickboard EXAMPLE
• Short training fins (Sporti is a great option) EXAMPLE
• Pullbuoy EXAMPLE 
• Training paddles (Finis agility paddles are preferred) 
• Snorkle EXAMPLE A  EXAMPLE B Junior sizes available too.

NST is sponsored by the swim brand ARENA.  They have great products, but it only means swimmers need to race at swim meets in ARENA suits.  We have a team fitting at the beginning of each season to order this suit. Swimmers can choose any brand for training equipment and suits.
