NST Practice Pass

Hello,

The Rec Center has created NST Pool Pass cards for our swimmers. This will help with entering the Rec for practice. Just show the card and the swimmer can enter instead of doing the check in.  They are not scannable and are not Rec or pool passes.  They are only for NST practice.  If a swimmer forgets their card on a certain day or hasn't received one yet they can still check in at front desk.  To prevent the cards from getting lost or forgotten, they have been put in clear bag tags to be attached to their swim backpacks/bags.  It is stated on the card that there is a $5 replacement cost for the card.  NST will not cover that.  If a swimmer leaves the team or goes inactive the card needs to be turned in to me or a coach, not the Rec Center. 

These cards have been in the works for awhile and starting them at the end of the season isn't the best, but that's when the Rec decided to implement them.  I will keep you posted if we will collect the cards at the end of the season, but that is most likely what will happen.
