Seahorse
It's all about Seahorse this week!
We are still in need of many hospitality items and a few jobs. I have added lane timers to the job list as well. Times have been adjusted for the morning sessions. If you already signed up for a job please review the times, they likely have changed.
All jobs need to be filled. Sign up HERE
Psych sheet and session report can be found in Event Details if you click on the Seahorse Meet in the Events or click on links.
Updates to the meet:
· We are introducing transition seating to this meet. Marked area will be on the upper left bleachers.
· Deck bleachers and deck seating space is only for swimmers.
· Remember that coaches, scheduled volunteers, and officials along with the swimmers are the only ones allowed on the deck.
· Canopies and chairs will be allowed for outside setup in designated areas and is encouraged. They cannot be left overnight. Weights are recommended for canopies. Click here for map.
There is adequate space for swimmers inside. However, there is not enough seating for spectators. The transitional seating will help spectators watch the races.
· Onsite concessions, shirt vendor and Arena retailer will be available Saturday and Sunday.
· The 500 and 1650 frees are the only races that swimmers need to provide their own timers and counters.
· There is no bullpen provided.
· Friday warmups are at 4:00-4:45, meet starts at 5:00.
· Saturday and Sunday have a new starting time at 9:00 am and split warmups for all sessions. Afternoon session will start at 1:45.
NST warmups: 12 & Under AM Sat & Sun sessions at 7:45-8:15, 13 & Over PM Sat & Sun sessions at 12:00-12:45
