Gearing up for the start of the season

Hope everyone had a nice summer! We are gearing up to start another NST swim season.

Thank you to those that volunteered at the Twisted Pine Run today! 

September

  • Sept 11-NST Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. at Newport High School
  • Sept 13-Registration Opens (more info to come)​
  • Sunday, Sept 15 at 4:00 p.m.-NST Potluck, Awards, & Honoring of Coach Gavin- at Moonshine Park. We need two BBQ’s, one more person to grill, and tables for food setup.  SIGN UP

  • Sept 16-20-All Group Practice w/Open Tryouts, 4:00-5:00 p.m., Senior Practice, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Sept 20-Parent Meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the pool
  • Sept 29-Newport Harbor Triathlon-NST will be managing the swimming portion, at the pool, lap counting, etc.  We need 20 volunteers.  All Gold & Senior level members are expected to volunteer for this event if not participating.    SIGN UP
  • Sept 30-Arena Suit Fitting and Swim-a-Thon Kick Off (more info to follow). We are changing the spring Swim-a-Thon to the fall.  Mark your calendars for November 16 for the NST 24-25 Season Swim-a-Thon.

THERE ARE NO GOLD/SENIOR SATURDAY PRACTICES IN SEPTEMBER-THEY WILL RESUME IN OCTOBER ALONG WITH SENIOR GROUP A.M. PRACTICES (TUESDAY’S & THURSDAY’S 6:15-7:30 A.M.)
