FAST swimmers enjoy a group size that is accommodating for the competitive nature of the sport but also provides individual attention for each swimmer.  With a cumulative 235 years coaching swimming, FAST coaches have weight behind their advice. Their results can best be evidenced by our growing alumni page.  

FAST has three locations from which to choose, Pattonville High School, Principia School and the University of MO-St. Louis.  We all come together and celebrate FAST swimming at meets!
