PRACTICE TIMES 2025-2026 School Year
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:00-6:30 am, and
Saturdays 7:00-8:30 am @ Pattonville,
Fridays at Lindbergh 5:00-6:30 am
Masters swimmers are required to provide a current USMS card or USA Swimming registration. The card can be sent electronically to [email protected]. Please contact the FAST Office at [email protected] with any other questions.
The cost is $40 per month. Current FAST USA Swimming officials may swim at no charge. A credit card must be added to the FAST website. You may opt-in for autopay via that credit card for a 2.95% credit card processing fee or with your bank routing number and account number to opt-in to ACH autopay for a $1.25 per transaction fee. You are also welcome to mail your payment to FAST, 8835 Manchester Rd, St. Louis, MO 63144. All payments are due by the 15th of the month. If a payment is not received by the 15th, your credit card will be run to pay your balance.
