Seahorse Group

The Seahorse group is for beginner swimmers.  

The group focuses on stroke development and the fundamentals for swimming.  

The Seahorse Group is further split into two different practice groups.

 

Group A – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:00-5:45pm.  Sunday 11:00-11:45am.

Gtoup B – Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 5:00-5:45pm.  Sunday 11:00-11:45am

 

Squid Group

The Squids practice group is a continuation of the Seahorse group.  

Still for some beginner to intermediate swimmers, typically the Squids will be at a more intermediate level and go to local competitions.  

This group introduces diving and swim sets to help further develop our young athletes.  

 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm.  Sunday 11:00am-12:00pm.

 

White Group

The White group is for the intermediate athlete.  

Swimmers are introduced to interval training. 

Swimmers will know all strokes by this group but continue to refine them.  

 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4:00-5:00pm.  Sunday 10:00-11:00am.

 

Blue Group

The Blue group is for intermediate to advanced age group swimmers  

Swimmers in this group actively participate in swim meets on a regular basis.  

Advanced age group drills and training techniques are used on a regular basis.  

 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 6:00-7:30pm.  Saturday 9:30-11:30am.

 

Junior Group

The Junior Groups serve two purposes.  

Junior group swimmers are competitive age group swimmers that maintain at least 5 practices per week and have Junior Olympic times.  

The Junior group swimmers are eligible for team travel, training trips, and team activities.  

 

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 3:30-5:00pm. (Caughlin Club)

Tuesdays, Thursdays, (Caughlin Club)

Sundays 10:00am-12:00pm. (Northwest pool)

 

PreSenior

The Pre Senior group is for the more mature swimmers that do not meet the time standards or practice requirements of the Senior Group.

 

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:00-6:30pm. (Caughlin Club).  Tuesdays, Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm (Northwest Pool).  Saturdays 9:30-11:30am (Northwest Pool).

 

Senior Group

The Senior Group is the most advanced practice swim group that we currently offer.  

This group specializes in advanced athlete training.  

Swimmers should be proficient in all strokes, able to do interval training, and compete in swim meets regularly.  

Swimmers in this group also will be put on a weight and dryland program.  They will lift weights up to 3 times per week.  

Senior group athletes maintain at least 6 practices per week and are eligible for team travel and team travel activities.  

 

Tuesdays, Thursdays swim 5:30-6:45am (Caughlin Club)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.  Dryland 3:00-3:30pm.  Swim 3:30-5:30pm (Caughlin Club)

Tuesdays, Thursdays.  Dryland 3:00-3:50pm.  Swim 4:00-6:00pm (Caughlin Club)

Sunday 10:00am-12:00pm (Northwest Pool)
