NNA Water Polo Practice Schedule:
Water Polo Practice: (Seasonal)
Wednesdays from 7:30pm-9:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am-9:30am at Idlewild Pool.
The practice will consist of ball work, shooting drills and scrimmages. Also, a 30 min swim at the beginning of practice for conditioning.
Summer season starts June 5th, 2022. Sign up on our home page under "online registration". The season goes until September 2022.
