NNA Water Polo Practice Schedule:
Water Polo Practice: (Seasonal)
Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays from 7:30pm-9:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am-9:30am at Northwest or Idlewild Pool.
The practice will consist of ball work, shooting drills and scrimmages. Also, a 30 min swim at the beginning of practice for conditioning.
