Team updates
Don’t forget to sign up for meets through your account on our web site. The Reno Gamble meet is now open. The NNA Silver State and novice meets will be up this weekend.

We Need Officials for our Team
Step 1. Become a USA swimming member. (register online at usaswimming.org)
Step 2. Complete the Athlete Protection Training (APT) class
Step 3. Complete the Child Abuse Neglect Reporting Act Training.
Step 4. Complete the Concussion Protocol Training.
Step 5. Conduct a background (level2) check on yourself through USA swimming.
Step 6. Do the two online courses on usaswimming.org. The administrative officials must conduct an additional in person class too. Class 1 Foundation of Officiating. Class 2 Stroke and Turn Certification
Take a look at the three attachments for additional documentation.
- You will be ready to shadow officials at meets and can do some officiating after 4 sessions.

Our team MUST have a minimum number of officials for swim meets. We are now in a position where we HAVE to get more volunteer officials to continue receiving awards and participating at competitions. Please let us know if you can and are willing to do this to help out our organization.
