Swimmers are encouraged to come at 4:30pm to enjoy snack and fun time in the pool,

Friday FunDay!
5:00pm to 6:00pm  - Join us for races, dives, and special drills.

6:30pm  to 6:55pm  - Dive into free swim time.

What is Dryland Practice?

 The training consists of exercises swimmers perform outside the water to enhance their performance in the water. It promotes increased strength, power, endurance, and flexibility and helps prevent injuries. Enjoy getting stronger and improving your performance!
