TEAM ONBOARDING & FEES

TEAM ONBOARDING:

STEP 1: If your child knows how to swim, is on a different swim team currently, had learn-to-swim classes or informal swimming training, and would like to join our team, please fill out our Team Interest Form, and our coordinator will contact you within 1-3 business days to schedule a tryout session.

STEP 2: After the tryout session, the evaluation will be made on whether your child is ready to join the team or would need a little bit more time to either improve his or her technique or take learn-to-swim classes. We offer learn-to-swim classes this Fall.

A: If your child is ready to join the team, he or she will be assigned to an appropriate group age/skill level. Swim Practice will be conducted at the Sonoma State University's swimming pool.

B: If your child is assigned to a Pre-Team, please note that the Pre-Team group will have swim practice at Magnolia Pool.

C: If your child needs to learn how to swim from the beginner's level, and you want to reserve a spot for your child in one of the classes we offer, please, access and fill out the Learn-To-Swim Program Interest Form here. Learn-To-Swim classes will be offered at Magnolia Pool (subject to change depending on the number of students)

STEP 3:

Please, read the following information if your child is joining our team at Pre-Team, Groups 1,2,3, Juniors, Pre-Seniors, and Seniors level:

FEES:

Families with two swimmers receive a 15% discount off the lowest group dues per month.

Families with 3 or more swimmers receive a 50% discount off the lowest group dues per month.

Applications can be printed from the links below. In addition to dues, there are required annual registration fees.

We have a volunteer commitment of 15 hours per family and an annual fundraiser commitment in the amount of $500.0 per family.

Please, print new member registration forms, fill them out, and bring them to the first swim practice your swimmer attends.

USA Swimming / Pacific Swimming Registration instructions for the 2023-24 swim year will be available here at the end of August 2023 or the beginning of September 2023.
