Sockeyes Compete at All Stars

Last weekend Pacific Northwest sent a swimming delegation to the 2017 Pacific Coast All Star meet in Pacifica, California.  The Pacific Northwest All Star team consists of 32 swimmers with 8 boys and 8 girls from the 11-12 and 13-14 age groups that are selected for the team.  Issaquah Swim Team was fortunate enough to have Louis Gasson, Christopher Harig, Jeremy Kim and Marius Rakickas be selected for the team.  The All Star meet is a dual meet between Southern California Swimming, Pacific Swimming, Pacific Northwest and Oregon Swimming.  It’s a very talented group of swimmers converging on one pool.  PNS took 3rd place at the meet after the powerhouse of Southern California and Pacific Swimming.  The meet takes place Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.  Great job representing the Sockeyes at the meet.

They had 7 best times, 1 new WA State Sr Champ time, 1 new Age Group Regional time and 1 new Western Zone time.
