 GENERAL FACILITY POLICIES

 

GENERAL RULES

  • Parents should always accompany their athlete into each facility to ensure the coach is on deck before leaving.

  • Athletes must be picked up in a timely manner at the end of training.  Athletes must not be left unattended at any facility at the completion of practice.  It is the parent’s responsibility to arrive prior to the end of the scheduled practice time to pick up athletes. This is important for the safety of each athlete.

  • Authorized personnel only in offices and maintenance areas.

  • Glass of any type is not allowed on deck

  • Do not leave valuables in vehicles.

  • Please drive slowly and cautiously in all parking areas.

  • IST is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

POOL/LOCKER ROOM RULES

  • Showers are required before entering each pool

  • Showers should be turned off after use

  • Toilet stalls are not to be used as changing rooms

  • Walk at all times

  • Pick up your equipment and dispose of garbage after every practice

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
Athletes can enter the pool building and access the pool deck by going through the locker rooms.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Athletes need to bring all of their posessions onto the deck and store bags neatly against the walls or in the cubbies. Nothing should be left in the locker rooms.

PARKING
All parking spots are open to membership. Do not idle or park in the fire lane in the front of the building. Additional parking may be accessed in the adjacent elementary school lot.

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Parents are allowed to view practices at this facility in the upstairs balcony of the pool.

 

KLAHANIE LAKESIDE POOL

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
Athletes should not enter the pool deck are or enter the Bubble unless a coach is present. Locker rooms are secured with a cipher lock. Athletes proceed through the locker room to the pool deck.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Athletes need to bring all their posessions onto the deck.

PARKING
Please park in the available parking spots. Do not idle or park in the fire lane in the front of the building.

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Parents are allowed to view practices at this facility. Interaction with the coach and athletes is not permitted during practice except when an emergency exists. There are some chairs available for seating. 


KLAHANIE MOUNTAINVIEW POOL

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
Athletes should enter through the side gate facing the parking lot.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Athletes should bring personal belongings on the pool deck.

PARKING
Please park in the available parking spots. 

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Due to facility rules, parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practices but may observe through the fence.

HAZEN POOL

Athletes can enter the pool building and access the pool deck by going through the locker rooms.

COLMAN POOL/LINCOLN PARK

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY
Athletes can enter the facility through the side gate.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Athletes need to bring all their posessions onto the deck.

PARKING
There are two parking lots located at Lincoln Park in addition to street parking. Please remember to lock your vehicle and do not leave items visible in your car. Please observe all posted parking signs, particularly those that outline time restrictions and the ferry lane.

WALKING TO AND FROM THE POOL
Swimmers and coaches will walk together to and from practices.

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Due to facility rules, parents are not allowed on the pool deck during practices but may observe through the glass encosure on the west side of the pool.
