TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE
Founded in 1976, IST is a year-round USA Swimming club. The community of swimmers IST serves continues to grow, and our facility partnerships have expanded to include multiple pools and dryland training facilities to serve our diverse membership. IST swim programs have produced high school swim champions, age group regional and USA Swimming Zone champions, scholastic All-Americans, as well as national competitors. Program graduates continue to see swimming success at the Division I, II, and III collegiate levels, and beyond.
