The fourth issue of our monthly publication, Coach's Corner, is now available on the website for your viewing pleasure. Simply navigate to the Team Info tab and select the Coach's Corner submenu or  click here for more information .

The Coach's Corner is where you'll find monthly retro- and prospective updates from the coaching staff regarding the IST curriculum and athlete progress in practices and meets. The purpose of these updates is to serve as a communication tool between coaches, parents, and swimmers as we all seek to cultivate champions in the pool and champions in life through a tradition of excellence.

By sharing our perspective and goals, we hope to foster trust in IST's long-term athlete development process and increase member engagement and support in our mission, vision, and core values.
