Activities include creating and maintaining IST bulletin boards at our main pool locations, working with the IST staff to select and coordinate educational seminars for our athletes and families (nutrition, sports psychology, mental health, safe sport, sports celebrities, etc.), helping with squad liaison communications, as well as scheduling community events such as Adopt-a-Road, service and food drives.
