OCA Families, The schedule for practices on Monday, December 12th have changed somewhat. The new schedule is: DEV: 4:45-5:45 at MW NOV: 4:00-5:15 at MSC AGE: 6:00-7:30 at MW REG: OFF SR/NAT: 5:00-7:00 at MSC

There is practice today for all swimmers attending PNS Champs from 6:00-7:30PM this evening at MSC. Relay-only swimmers should also plan to attend this practice. To see tentative relays, please click here. Remember, relays are subject to change by coach discretion.

We are in the process of putting together our travel plans for Lost Dutchman for our Age Group, Regional, and Senior Swimmers who meet the time standard requirement. If you are interested, please click here to find out more info.

Practices are being changed slightly today. The Novice and Developmental groups will not be doing dryland today, making the Novice practice only 4:00-5:00PM, and Developmental 5:00-5:45PM.
