Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and safe travels. No Swim Dates this week at GMU - Thursday 12/5 and Sunday 12/8 due to a swim meet. I have a very flexible 'Make Up' policy. If your swimmer needs to miss a practice regardless of reason, I allow you to make up that practice as it fits your schedule. When it comes to scheduled 'No Swim' practice days due to the holidays I do not allow make ups. We only have a limited number of lanes at all three locations and can not accommodate everyone with the limited space. Please let me know if you have questions. Week #11 Reminders No Swim Dates over Thanksgiving Week: Wednesday November 27, Thursday November 28 , Friday November 29 and Sunday Dec 1. Practice resumes at all locations on Monday December 2nd. We've been invited to a Joint 'Suit-Up' Practice, Saturday November 23rd, 5:45 am - 7:45 am with my friend Coach Jeremy Cochran, Head Site Coach NCAP Tyson's. George Mason Swim & Dive meet. This is a great opportunity for your swimmers to watch college swimming/diving from different conferences and divisions. George Mason, American, FAU, Marist, Marymount, Richmond & Towson. High school swimmers, if you are interested in swimming in college, Division 1 and Division 3 will be represented.
