Open to current CSC Athletes and back by popular demand, CSC is pleased to continue specialized dryland and weight training for our athletes. This training allows our CSC athletes to increase strength and conditioning. Coach Russ will lead this specialized training at our Manassas Park facility. Registration is open through Sunday November 17th. Just a reminder that Fairfax County High School practice starts Monday November 11th. During the high school season our Middle School practice is bumped up a half hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, Friday we still have practice at 3:00. Starting next Monday, November 11th practice will be 2:30 - 3:30, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Friday remains 3:00 - 4:00. Please let me know if you have any questions. Coach Russ

Congratulations to everyone that participated in the Foxes Loughmiller Invitational this past weekend. Thank you to our fantastic coaches and our parent volunteers. We had 81 swimmers competing in 259 different events.
