Congratulations to all of our swimmers that participated in the meet this weekend. We had a ton of personal bests, learned some lessons, made some friends and cheered for our teammates. We had a great first meet of the season at the Makos Invitational! It was many of our younger swimmers' first meet and they did a great job! Our 13 and older swimmers enjoyed racing and set a great baseline for the seaon. We learned a lot and are ready to get to work at practice! Go CSC!

Good Morning All We are in week #3 of CSC practices and it's been a lot of fun. As you know GMU is closed again and you are welcome at Manassas Park and Cub Run. At Manassas Park from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm we have 3 lanes, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, on Thursday we have 4 lanes. Yesterday's practice at MP was well attended and we loved having everyone there.
