Welcome to the Masters section of our USA Swimming team: Elite Rays Swim Club (ERSC). We are proud that you are joining our Masters to be part of one of the most dynamic, challenge-seeking, and stress-free groups of swim-loving adults in our area.
Within the ERSC family, you will pursue and meet your athletic goals as well as set new ones under the expert eye of our coaches and the unwavering support of your teammates and our social network. ERSC closely guides your progression matching you with other swimmers with similar abilities and objectives to maximize each phase of your development as a swimmer. Getting started is exciting, but we take it upon ourselves to maintain your enthusiasm year long.

Procedure: The on-line registration procedure is simple. Upon completion you will gain access to your private account which will allow you to maintain personal contact and payment information.
- Be sure to have a credit card or debit prior to entering the system. Please note that we do NOT accept paper checks for team payments. Only credit or debit cards are accepted.
- Be sure to have Emergency Contact and Medical History/Contact information on hand.
- Complete all required information on the Registration Contract and submit. Your credit card will be charged immediately. Please remember, payments are non-refundable once made.
- If you do not receive an immediate e-mail confirmation for your registration form, something likely went wrong and your registration was not received. Also, if you stop in the middle of registering, the system will time out and you will have to start again. Please contact the [email protected] with any questions.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to be registered with US Masters Swimming before your first practice with the Elite Rays Swim Club. This is a once-a-year fee of $60 to participatenationally in US Masters Swimming. When you sign up, select Potomac Valley as your Local Masters

Once your Registration Contract has been approved by the registrar, you will receive an e-mail with your system log-in instructions. Please allow up to 3 days for the registration approval process. At that point, we recommend you log in and confirm all of your information and make any necessary changes or additions. Always log in to double check that you selected the correct payment form to "use with all fees associated with my account."
