Private Parties Held During Regular Pool Hours
- Length of the party must be established at the time of reservation.
- Two-hour parties carry a fee of $100.00.
- You may reserve the clubhouse, the baby pool pavilion, or the tennis courts.
- Parties longer than two hours will be charged an additional $25.00 per hour.
- Included in the party rental, members may bring up to 10 non-member guests and 15 members; each additional non-member guest will be charged $5/person. (Maximum of 15 non-members)
- All non-members must fill out the waiver liability guest form. This can be done on arrival or you can contact [email protected] for forms in advance.
- No parties may be held during swim team practice. (Mondays-Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm through mid-July) The exception is for parties for children 5 and under which are held exclusively in the baby pool area. There are no lifeguards on duty in the baby pool area.
- Only one party can be scheduled per time period, no overlapping.
- No parties can be held during Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, or Labor Day weekend.
- The adult member who made the reservation must be present at all times during the party.
- The member is responsible for clean-up following the party.
- Final details including number of guests (members/non-members) attending and payment will be managed after you receive your party reservation confirmation.

Scheduling Requirements
- Use the HHRC Rental Request Form to initiate a reservation request.
- All rental requests MUST be received at least one week prior to the event.
- Only one event can be scheduled per time period, no overlapping.

Length of Rental and Fees
- Length of rental (start and end times) must be established at the time of reservation.
- Private events must end at 10:00 p.m.
- If a party is scheduled during the season, the member must pay $25/hour for each lifeguard on duty. A minimum of 2 lifeguards are required.
Member/Host Responsibilities
- The adult member who made the reservation must be present at all times during the event.
- That member is responsible for clean-up following the event.
