Larkey Sharks have won 8 Conference Championships (2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, 2023) and the 2021 Walnut Creek City Meet title.

Based in Walnut Creek, the Larkey Sharks are more than just champions; we're a vibrant and supportive recreational swim team dedicated to fostering both competitive spirit and camaraderie.

Opens: Monday, February 16, 2026

• New / non-member families (if space remains in their age group)

Little Fins Registration 

Little Fins is an introductory swim program for children ages 4–6 years old (as of June 15, 2026) who are not quite ready for swim team.

Current Team and Larkey Pool Members Priority Registration - Monday, April 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM  

Open Registration to New Families - Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM (if space remains - we will start a waitlist if necessary)

Program Dates:

• Classes: Tuesday–Friday

• Start: Tuesday, June 9, 2026

• End: Spirit Meet — Monday, July 13, 2026

Dates: Monday, March 2 - Friday, March 27.  Monday- Thursday, no practice Fridays.

Times:

• 5-8 years old: 5:00 -5:45 PM
• 9 and up: 5:45 - 6:30 PM

​Cost: $225 per swimmer for Larkey members, $100 additional splash fee/family for non-Larkey members
