Party Reservations

The pool can be a great source of fun for many children! From pool activities, ping pong, volleyball, soccer, grilling, etc., your party can be a success! Let us help you facilitate. Club members in good standing of the Ygnacio Wood Swim Club may rent the pool facilities on a non-exclusive basis for the purpose of hosting a party for the members of their household covered by their club membership and their invited guests for a 3-hour block of time during the Club’s regular hours of operation. 

 

Party reservations can have up to 30 non-member guests in attendance. This number includes swimmers and non-swimmers over the age of 4 years old. All party reservations should be requested at least two weeks in advance to ensure your requested time slot and additional lifeguards are available. 

 

Fees

Party reservation of 10 or less non-member guests: $100
Party reservation of 11 to 20 non-member guests: $225
Party reservation of 21 to 30 non-member guests: $350

 

Terms and Conditions of Use

 

Party reservations take place during normal operating hours while other members have access to the club and pool.  Fees include use of facilities for a party with no more than 30 non-member attendees (ages 4 years and older) for a maximum three-hour block. Infants and toddlers under the age of 4 do not count in the non-member guest count.

Requests for parties of more than 30 non-member guests require approval from the Club President, and subject to higher party rental fees. 

A guest list must be provided to [email protected], along with the signed contract and payment in full before the party date. All swimmer and non-swimmer guests will need to sign waiver upon entry to YWSC. 

All guests must strictly obey all pool rules. Failure of any guests to comply with the rules of the pool could result in the guests being asked to leave the pool grounds. The Club’s rules are intended to maximize the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests.

Swimmers under the age of 10 will need to take a swim test with a lifeguard at the beginning of the party to participate in the deep end of the pool without an adult present in the water with them.

 

Rules

  1. Parties may only be booked by a club member in good standing and that member must be present during the entire scheduled party rental.

  2. The party host is responsible for monitoring the behavior of all of their guests.

  3. Please be sure that you and your guests provide adult supervision for all children under the age of 18 in your party group.

  4. Party hosts should check in with the Gate Attendant and/or lifeguards upon arrival.

  5. All non-member guests will need to sign a waiver at the check-in table.

  6. All parties are booked for three hours. At the conclusion of the third hour, all non-member guests must leave the swim club. 

  7. All party attendees must follow pool rules and listen to the lifeguard's announcements and directives.

  8. There is no running allowed on the pool deck.

  9. No glass containers of any kind are allowed. 

  10. Music may be played but must be kept at a level that is not disruptive to the neighbors or other club members.

  11. The party host is responsible for cleanup. 

    1. The party area must be cleaned, and all furniture must be returned to the same location as it was found. 

    2. All trash must be picked up and disposed of in trash cans. If cans on deck fill up, please empty them into large bins in the garbage area before leaving the swim club. 

    3. Please check bathrooms for cleanliness and notify Gate Attendant and/or lifeguards if any paper products need to be restocked.
