If you would like to sign up at least one individual for the Ygnacio Wood Seahorses swim team, please use this link.  You will also need to choose a club membership within this process.  During this process, you will add one individual as a primary family member and will list any additional family members and in-home caregivers as secondary members.  If an inidividual is registering for the swim team, they will automatically be included as a secondary member.
