Parent Volunteer Requirements

Swim Meets require a large number of parent volunteers. This year our team is hosting four home dual meets and one swim invitational. Each swim family is required to volunteer during three home swim meets. We require one parent volunteer from each family during the entire duration of at least three home meets or All City Sessions.

If your family is unable or unwilling to volunteer, we are offering a buyout option of $250 from your volunteer obligation. This will allow us to staff addition lifeguards that can fill volunteer positions.

 If your family does not purchase the buyout, your MBCC account will be billed $80 for each shift not fulfilled.

Exemptions to the volunteer policy will be considered by the pool committee on an ad-hoc basis.

Registration for volunteer positions will open on April 1^st 2023.
