This year we will be collecting School Supplies for House of Mercy to distribute to their clients.  Each team will have a bucket to drop their supplies.  The team with the most will receive a special shout out during the meet!

 


 

Parking Information for Divisionals

The Ridgewood Barracudas home pool is:

Ridgewood Pool 12350 Oakwood Drive, Woodbridge, VA  22192 

 

*No cars are allowed to drive up to the pool. All equipment and tents must be unloaded and pulled up the sidewalk to the pool. There will be a “lane” to load and unload tents (see map below). 

Each team will be provided 8 spaces for parking. Parking passes will be emailed to the team prior to the meet and must be displayed to park in the pool lot.  All other parking in the pool lot is reserved.

Visitors can park along Oakwood Drive and along the side streets. There is no parking along Old Bridge Road and violators will be towed.

We have 2 handicap spaces available per team. Please email the volunteer coordinator ([email protected]) if more are needed.

Volunteer Requests

We will run 3 shifts for divisionals:

Shift 1: 7:00-9:00

Shift 2: 9:00-11:00

Shift 3: 11:00-End of meet

Meet will start at 7:15 but shift 1 should report at 7:00

Head Timer

All Head Timers should attend timers and recorders meeting at 6:45 AM.

All Recorders should attend timers and recorders meeting at 6:45 AM.

Runners

2 per shift 

(Runner A and B)

Shift 1-Lakeridge

Runner A will be start side

Runner B will be turn side

Both runners will collect time cards and DQ slips

Runners will check in with Chief Judge on their side.

Scorer/Verifier

2 per shift from each team

Computers/scorers/verifiers located under pavilion

Timers

8 from each team per shift

Check in with Head Timer

 

All Timers should attend timers and recorders meeting at 6:45 AM.

 

Warm-Ups:

Home team warms up at 5:30. Team B will warm up at 6:00 and Team C will warm up at 6:30. The pool will be cleared at 7 with a meet start time of 7:15.
