Off-Season Conditioning is here! Our off-season conditioning programs will be offered in 2 separate sessions and swimmers are encouraged to sign up for each individual session to keep their swim skills in tip-top shape. The first session Jan 7 - Mar 17 (no practice Jan 21, Feb 18, Feb 25). The second session Apr 7 - May 12. Registration for the first session will be right on our website (www.lakeridgelancers.org). All programs will take place on Sundays at Prince William Aquatic Center (13833 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, VA) from 3-5pm. Swimmers...
