West Mobile Swim Club is the best in "Summer League" competitive Swim and Dive Team programs.

2025 Summer Practice Schedule:
2025 Summer Swim and Dive Team Season is: May 27 - July 26
Swimmers ages 6-10 and Divers ages 11-18 practice M-T-W-F 8:00-9:00
Swimmers ages 11-18 and Divers ages 6-10 practice M-T-W-F 9:00-10:00
Thursdays will be our "HOME" Swim Meet days. (See 2025 Swim Meet Schedule Below)
(No Swim or Dive practices will be held on most Thursdays)
(WMSC Pool will be Closed on Thursdays)
Guppy Information
This is a (6 week) session that is ONLY FOR CHILDREN WITH PREVIOUS PWC SWIM SCHOOL OR NEXT LEVEL swim instruction ages 5-7. Swimmers need to already be able to comfortably swim (15 yards) of both freestyle and backstroke. The Guppy classes meet three days per week (M-T-W) from 8:00-8:30 The session runs from May 27- July 10. (12 spots available) Their instruction will focus on better learning the proper techniques of Freestyle and Backstroke in preparation for possibly joining the Summer Swim Team or a School Year Group. The fee is $100 plus a $25 registration fee.
Swim Team "Swimming Requirements":
All "New Swimmers" ages 6-18 with no previous competitive swim team experience will need a "New Swimmer Evaluation" before registration.To schedule a new swimmer evaluation, contact Coach Evans at [email protected]
"Registration" Fee: $50.
A $50 per individual registration fee is required to join the 2025 Swim or Dive team (Guppies $25) and will be charged in the registration process in addition to the regular team fees. *The Registration Fee will provide each individual with a WMSC Team T-Shirt, their required MCAL League Insurance and their "Season Ending" City Meet and Awards Party fees.
"Team" Fees:
*(Regular Fees) for those who are not "WMSC Pool" Members.
*Swim or Dive Team membership (ages 6-18) - $190*
Both Swim and Dive Team memberships - $275
*(Discounted Fees) for those who are "WMSC Pool" Members.
*Swim or Dive Team membership (ages 6-18) - $110
*Both Swim and Dive Team memberships - $165
*“Multi-family Member” Team Fee Discount of 5% for 2 registered team members, 20% for 3 registered team members, 30% for 4 registered team members and 40% for 5 registered team members.
(Please note) The multi-family discount does not apply to the "$50 Registration" fee.
Other Discounts: Swimmers age 18 before July 25 or WMSC Employees or all swimmers who practice only with CMSA during the summer (and not with WM) may click YES to the "Other Discounts" question when registering.
All others should not respond to the "Other Discounts" question.
Team Suits:
Team Suits are required by all Swim and Dive team members.($45-75) Silicone "Team Swim Caps" will be sold seperatly at WMSC for $15.
*We will offer a "Suit Fitting Day" to be held on (Note new date ) Saturday, May 17 @ WMSC from 10:00-12:00. Or, you can choose to be fitted at their local store here in Mobile on Old Shell Road. Once fitted, suit orders and any other WMSC Team Gear can be purchased through our team portal with Swim and Tri at https://www.swimandtri.com/TeamView_WestMobileSwimClub.aspx

*Note that the City Swim Meet consists of 2 days at the Bishop Pool.
Ages 5-8 swim (9:00), 9-10 & 11-12 swim (11:00) and 13-18 swim around (2:00).
