Afternoon Dryland/Team Building

Tuesday, May 21 to Thursday, May 23 @ 5-6pm
Grass area nearby the pool; no access to pool deck or locker rooms.

      All Ages 5-6 pm

 

Afternoon In-Water Practices

Tuesday, May 28 through Friday, May 31
Please arrive ready to swim. Please note 13/14 and 15 & Up is divided to anticipate acommodating an increasing number of swimmers in these age groups.
 

      10 & Under 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
      11-12 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm
      13-14 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
      15 & up 6:30 pm - 8 pm

 

Morning In-Water Practices

Monday, June 3 to Friday, July 12.
Please arrive ready to swim.
For 11&Up ensure your swimmer brings clothes and running shoes for dryland and in case they can't get in the water. Note that the 13-14 and 15&up age groups are divided to anticipate accommodating an increasing number of swimmers in these age groups.

      15 & Up* 6:00 am - 8:00 am (dryland 8:00-8:45 am)
      13-14* 8:00 am - 9:30 am (dryland 9:30-10:!5 am)
      11-12 9:30 am - 10:45 am (dryland 9:00-9:30 am)
      9-10 10:45 am - 11:45 am
      8 & Under 11 am - 11:45 am
     6 & Under 11 am - 11:30 am (with option to stay until 11:45 am)

[*Hell week 2024 is June-24 - 28. Swimmers must participate each day of the week in practice to earn the hell week t-shirt.]

 

Special Evening/Saturday Practices

Saturday AM
No Saturday practices because of the added weekday time in water.

13&Up Open Water Option TBA

Meet at Three Oaks Beach for Open Water Swim.
Please meet him there by 7 am. Open Water Swim begins at 7:30. 
If your swimmer plans to drive there, there is a $5 parking fee for non-residents of Crystal Lake.
There is a $5 open water swim fee due to the Crystal Lake park district upon arrival for all swimmers who are participating.

Evening In-Water Skills Practices
Mondays and Wednesdays, June 5 to July 12, 7-9 pm
The first week of evening practices will be Starts & Turns. Each stroke week focus will be determined by the coaches. 

      12&Under 7 - 8 pm
      13&Up 8 - 9 pm
