Grassroots is a time where our older swimmers will be in water with the younger working on specific skills. We find that with the guidance of the older swimmers, our younger swimmers grasp the fundamentals faster while also creating team bonds.

Suggested Practice Frequency:

HT: 2-3 per week

J: 3-4 per week

AJ: 5 per week

S: 6 per week
