Each week, usually Wednesday evening, you will receive an email with CAT Tales - our weekly newsletter. Please read this. CAT Tales is also accessible in the CAT News link.

CAT uses Facebook as an informal and backup information sharing mechanism. Like CAT's Facebook page.

We endeavor to provide information as you need it. Sometimes, coaches will communicate to their groups, or subsets of swimmers will be contacted. Please read the emails from the coaches and board members.

We also use the OnDeck App and text messages for late-breaking news.
