Day 2 of YNats (Wednesday) went well with Virginia swimming a 1:11.42 and Thomas a 1:01.04 in 100 meter butterfly Day 3 of YNats (Today) preliminaries went exceptionally well with 100 % best times. Elisabeth Anne swam a 1:01.83 and Thomas a 54.90 in the 100 meter freestyle. In the 200 backstroke Virginia swam a 2:28.36 and Elisabeth Anne swam a 2:34.14. Thomas swam the 50 meter butterfly with a best time of 26.85 and placed 24th and will be swimming in FINALS this evening! His last event at YNats...

Congratulations to our swimmers who swam in the YMCA meet in Hartsville and the Palmetto Long Course Invite at USC this weekend. We had some great swims with best times and new records set! We are proud of all of our swimmers and their accomplishments this weekend!

Tonight at the South Carolina Swimming All State Banquet, our very own Virginia Summer won the only scholarship that South Carolina Swimming gives to a swimmer, the Jennifer Smith Scholarship! Congratulations, Virginia!
